In 1964, five families from the mid-west began to feel God calling them to plant a church on the east coast.  After months of praying and seeking God, the families packed their bags and moved to Delaware County, Pennsylvania.

They began having church services in a home and their numbers grew from the original 5 families, to 40 members. To accommodate the growth, they rented a building in Springfield Pennsylvania. They remained in that location until 1972 when construction on a new church building in Middletown Township was completed.

The church moved to 535 N. Old Middletown Road and has continued to worship, serve and grow in that location for over 50 years.
